Also a player's games might appear with no first name or initial at all - typing anything in the first name field will cause the program to ignore the games in which no first name or initial is provided. First of all, a player's first name may appear in the database under several different spellings ("Garry", "Gary", "Garik", etc.). Using the complete first name should be a last resort for several reasons. However if you're finding that more than one player with the same last name is being found, try using the desired player's first initial.
